NORTHFORGE AI ADOPTION LADDER is an OARC client project of responsible AI adoption. It explores how a team can move from scattered experiments to a small, useful AI-enabled operating practice by naming the business problem, owner, use boundary, review rhythm, and next decision before expanding.
How do you turn AI curiosity into a repeatable business practice rather than a collection of tools nobody owns?
The ladder starts with one bounded operating need, assigns a responsible owner, creates a usable team practice, reviews the exceptions and consequences, then considers the next rung only when the first one has earned its place.
The adoption ladder and practice cards are OARC operating-model artefacts. They do not document an enterprise rollout, autonomous agent, customer data use, employee result, productivity metric, adoption rate, or savings claim.
This study is for leadership and operations teams that have tested AI tools but cannot yet say which workflow matters, who owns it, where it stops, or how its consequences will be reviewed. Bring one real task and its constraints; OARC can turn it into a bounded, accountable implementation question.
