ASHFORD IN REAL LIFE is an OARC client project of home-commerce launch design. It explores how a product campaign can be built around a concrete, lived-in proof moment—a routine, friction, or useful action—rather than relying only on a polished product shot.
What is the real-life moment that makes a product’s role obvious enough for a person to remember?
The campaign model identifies a product-use moment and turns it into a system of film, still imagery, useful explanation, contributor brief, permission practice, and repeatable campaign expression. It treats people as informed participants rather than invented testimonial devices.
