CROWNLINE FRESH SIGNAL is an OARC client project of food and perishable-operations decision support. It explores how demand movement, inventory condition, and operational exceptions can appear early enough in one calm field of view for an accountable person to make a practical next decision.
What happens when a time-sensitive inventory or demand signal arrives only after the useful decision window has passed?
The model gives a changing condition context, compares it with adjacent operating facts, turns the exception into a decision ticket with a reason and owner, and preserves the call for a later review. It supports judgment; it does not claim autonomous stock control.
The freshness field, exception ticket, and review record are OARC scenario artefacts. They include no customer inventory, food-safety data, forecast, stock system, waste figure, fulfilment result, or cost-saving claim.
