RELATED OARC DELIVERY
AURUM DOCUMENT TRAIL is an OARC client project of document-workflow design. It explores how a source document, proposed field, validation rule, exception, and accountable reviewer can stay connected, so a business record can explain where it came from before someone relies on it.
How do you make a document-derived record defensible when the next person needs to question its source, confidence, or exception?
The scenario traces each meaningful field back to its source location, gives validation a visible gate, keeps exceptions with their reason, and returns the consequential judgment to a named reviewer. It treats confidence as different from certainty.
AURUM DOCUMENT TRAIL’s source-to-field diagrams and review path are OARC Original artefacts. They do not show financial, legal, regulated, or client documents; they make no compliance, certification, accuracy, extraction, or operational-result claim.
This is relevant for teams dealing with contracts, applications, supplier records, forms, invoices, operational documents, or manual re-entry. Bring one document path and the decision it supports; OARC can identify the source, rule, exception, and human review point before any automation promise is made.
READ THIS BY THE REAL PROBLEM
THE ACCOUNTABLE TRACE
A document enters the workflow.
A reviewer can return to the evidence.A useful detail is proposed for structure.
Extraction does not become a black box.A rule or reviewer tests whether the field is usable.
Confidence is not confused with certainty.A consequential exception needs accountable review.
The final judgment can be defended.THE CLIENT JOURNEY
Aurum begins with an unstructured record that has to become usable without losing the link to where the information came from. The problem is traceability, not simply extraction speed.

The original workflow connects a source page to a structured field, a validation rule, an exception, and an accountable reviewer. It gives a person the ability to understand what changed and why.

The study illustrates a design approach for responsible document handling. It does not state that any institution, payment business, or regulated workflow has used it or achieved a compliance result.

Aurum visualises an illustrative document trail with no real records, client information, financial data, or claim of regulatory compliance.
CLIENT PROJECT / DELIVERED ARTEFACTTHE DELIVERY, IN MOTION
The source page is preserved as the origin of a proposed field.
A reviewer can return to the evidence. The concept keeps the proposed field linked to its source location.
Extraction does not become a black box.Validation has a visible gate and outcome.
Confidence is not confused with certainty. The exception carries source, reason, and decision context.
The final judgment can be defended.Client delivery logic shown through the working sequence and supporting artefacts; private data and measured outcomes are not displayed on this page.
CLIENT CONCEPT PROJECT
Client project / campaign and prototype delivered by OARC
OARC delivered this concept, visual world, and working prototype against a focused client brief to make a sharper system or experience tangible.
Client brief, OARC thinking, and a delivered prototype.THE CLIENT PROJECT
It is an original OARC concept for making the relationship between a document source, extracted field, validation, exception, and human review visible.
No. Aurum illustrates a traceable workflow pattern and is not a compliance certification, legal opinion, or client implementation claim.
The design premise is that a reviewer should be able to understand where a detail came from before relying on it.
Aurum Document Trail is an OARC client project. It does not describe an implemented financial, legal, regulated, or certified workflow.
